We can usually get started straight away, but how long depends on what kind of state your website is in. Our website rescue service looks like it should cost a fortune but it does not! Fixing a site starts from $1000+GST, but will depend on getting access and what condition your website is in. After that, the Amazon Web Services hosting we move you to will cost between $30+GST and $40+GST per month (billed yearly) depending on how much RAM your site needs to run (the main factor being if your site uses Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, etc).

We are confident in our ability to rescue your website and make you happy so we only charge WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE. Yes, you read that correct. If at any point we are unable to rescue your website you will not be charged.

Your website IP address is hidden from hackers. You get an SSL certificate included. Commonly accessed website files are automatically moved to over a hundred worldwide datacenters so everything is faster. You are protected from Denial Of Service attacks. There are so many reasons for Cloudflare, and zero against. We can even give your I.T. people access so they are never left out of the loop.

Your I.T. people are probably just being protective. They are no doubt used to dealing with web developers who don’t really know this stuff. Or they may just be concerned that they are being cut out of the loop. Neither is the case here. We’ve been doing this for a long time and are VERY good with DNS. In some rare cases we encounter I.T. people with very out of date knowledge about DNS and modern website security.

IF your I.T. people dig their heals in and refuse to let us help you then we may abandon the job and request you pay for time spent so far. We do not like doing this but let’s be honest if your current hosting and DNS setup was perfect then you would not be needing us in the first place.

We will work with your I.T. people as much as possible to make sure they are confident that nothing like email will break. It is all about communication and doing what is best for you.

Yes! But on-line stores are a lot more complicated, and contain a lot of very important data, so expect the cost to fix your website to be a bit higher. We have a lot of experience with WooCommerce and have done some amazing things with it. We are also Shopify partners and may recommend moving there in some instances. It doesn’t sound like much but 4 hours goes a long way! If you want more assistance then you can buy another block of maintenance, as often as you need.
